Your business looks better than your website does.

I'm Will. I redesign websites for small UK businesses — the ones with good reviews and steady work, sitting behind a site built a decade ago. Fixed fee, agreed in writing before anything starts. Every file is yours at the end.

The gap

The reviews are there. The website isn't.

Most of the businesses I approach aren't struggling to be good at what they do. They're struggling to look it online.

People already look for you

Someone needs what you do, searches for it, and finds a page that loads slowly and doesn't say where you work or how to reach you.

Your reviews do the selling

Years of good work sit on Google and Facebook, and nothing on your own site points to any of it.

Nearly all of them are on a phone

If the first thing a customer has to do is pinch and zoom to read your number, most of them won't bother.

On a phone

This is where it actually matters.

Almost everyone who looks you up is doing it one-handed, outdoors, in a hurry. So the phone number is a button, the text is readable without zooming, and the thing they came for is the first thing on the screen.

What you get

A fixed price, agreed before anything starts.

No hourly billing, no surprise invoice at the end, and nothing owed until you've seen what you're buying.

Included

  • A free homepage mockup first, so you can see it before you decide
  • Up to five pages, designed and built
  • Built for phones first, and fast on a poor signal
  • Two rounds of changes, written into the quote
  • Every file handed over — the site is yours outright

Not included

  • Hosting, domains, or a monthly maintenance contract
  • Online shops, booking systems or logins, unless quoted separately
  • Copywriting and photography, unless you'd like them added
How it works

Four steps, and you can stop after the first.

  1. I send you a mockup

A redesigned version of your homepage, built for your business, with your services and your area. Free, and you owe nothing for it.

  2. You decide whether you like it

If it's not for you, say so — or don't reply at all. That's genuinely fine.

  3. We agree scope and price in writing

Pages, timings, what's included, what isn't, and the fixed fee. A short email, so we both know what was agreed.

  4. I build it and hand it over

The finished site and all its files, ready to go live. I can set it up on your own hosting account as a one-off if that's easier.

No obligation — happy to share more if it's useful.

If you'd like to see what your homepage could look like, send me the name of your business and I'll put something together.
